Getting to know one another
We’ll begin by getting to know each other. We’ll arrange a series of meetings and perform an assessment of your project to understand the architecture involved, your lifestyle, and what the space needs to accomplish for you once completed. These meetings are so important to the creative process to enable us to create a space that does more than look good and fulfill its purpose, but also feels like you effortlessly. This is when we research and find inspiration. We will also set and share your project timeline so you’ll know what to expect as we move forward.

Pulling your concept together
Once we get to know you and have all of our research completed, we’ll come up with a conceptual design. This is the fun part! We’ll present concept sketches, elevations, and project mood boards for your project and receive your initial feedback and suggestions for the design direction. This collaboration and feedback is where the magic truly happens. We’ll source and present finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to start pulling together a design plan. This is when the vision comes together!

Finalizing your design
Once the design direction has passed all of the refinement with the details agreed upon and finalized, we’ll present 3D renderings of the space, finalize a budget and submit construction documents to our architect and builder team to start the construction and ordering process. This all happens behind the scenes so all you have to do is check in with us while everything is getting done without having to worry about any tedious details.

Executing the finished product
Once everything is ordered and underway it’s time to make purchases, track deliveries, and get you your materials and furnishings properly placed. We’ll coordinate with the construction team, and remain on-site throughout this portion to ensure the communication of the plan and the vision for your space is honored. Then the final styling touches are made with no detail left undone to be presented to you to enjoy! Final documentation of everything closes the project and you are able to relax in your beautiful home.

Full-service interior design takes care of everything for you. From developing the design concept to completing the final touches, every detail is taken care of by us in what’s usually a long term project with many phases. We take care of every detail like planning, building and ordering, purchasing and sourcing all furniture and accessories, installation and overseeing every step to be sure your vision for your home comes to life.

After we have discussed your project over the phone during our discovery call, an in-person consultation is the next step to discuss your project in detail and brainstorm initial ideas. We offer 60-minute initial consultations for $375 at our Las Vegas studio or $500 at your local project location for a walk-through of the site, where we’ll be able to discuss potential plans and gather enough information on our end to determine the project scope. Please ask about our consultation rates for projects that require travel outside of Las Vegas.

An interior designer acts as your personal representative for your interior design project. We will oversee every phase of your project to ensure the end result reflects exactly what you envisioned. Not only is building or remodeling a home a costly, complicated undertaking, it is also very time-consuming. An interior designer helps you avoid costly mistakes, and provides expert advice on furniture, furnishings, and finishes. We have exclusive access to many unique suppliers to craft something beautiful and unique leaving you with a home that stands the test of time.

Through elevations, 2D, and photorealistic 3D renderings we help you visualize your space before it's built to ensure the final result is simply stunning and completely captures your essence.

We specialize in full home construction and remodel projects. We are a small studio and want to deliver quality results for every project we take on so we only take a small number of projects per year, typically 8-10 full remodels and new constructions. Our full home remodels projects range in budget from $400,000 to $4 million, including construction and furnishings.

After learning more about your design project, budget, and looking at your space we work on a design proposal based on similar projects with the same scope of work. We recommend starting the conversation early to discuss your budget and project timeline.

We use a purchasing service as part of our full-service interior design package. Furnishings are invoiced at the time of approval and are sold to you at or below retail cost. Our service includes confirming all specifications, submitting payment, and order tracking. Deliveries are made to our commercial receivers who will unpack and inspect each item on arrival. Once your furnishings have arrived at the facility, we schedule and supervise installation at your home.

Timelines are unique to each project and vary. Whole home projects can average between 1 and 3 years from beginning to completion. We recommend starting the discussion of your project as early as possible, luxury takes time.
